I really like this song and I think it is really think it is tuching and a lot of people would like. I am really into history so to me it is so nice and touching. The reson I look this up is because my school has a chorus, I am in it and we are singing it. Are music teacher is the dorector, and he says to fell it deep down and really be thinking OF the soldiers and the pioneers and all of the people who care fou us. and I really enjoy this song when I sing it and even when I\'m not singing it and I am lisnting to it makes me fell speicel and good. I really fell speicel and like someone cares for me and is willing to die for me. I really love this song

Melanie

This is a fine piece -- very appropriate today, with a simple tune and subtle impact. Obviously done from the heart, I was impressed.

"American Tears" is a song that awakens; that awakens the American Spirit of Freedom. It is not a lament that is sung to mellow down the spirit but is a celebration of the Liberty that lives through the creeds and deeds of the heroes, patriots, soldiers and the pioneers. The inspirational words are sung most powerfully by the gifted and promising debutante Kristi. I just can't seem to get over....

-Silent Listener

Kristi, Thank you for performing "American Tears." The music and lyrics are beautiful and very moving. I know that when our men and women in uniform have the opportunity to listen to this song, they will appreciate the sentiment you convey with such emotion. Your patriotism comes across loud and clear. That you want a portion of the profits from this song to be channeled through the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (which will equally be shared with three other military relief agencies) to support the families of the Navy and Marine Crops victims of the war in Iraq is highly commendable. Thank you for your song. Thank you for your patriotism. Thank you for your support.
